Donald E. Maxon Jr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald E. Maxon Jr. of Tuppers Plains, Ohio, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on January 27, 2022 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Thomas Maxon and Kenneth Carver; and his father-in-law C. Roger Bradley. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Maxon and Kathy Maxon (Carver); his wife Elizabeth Maxon (Bradley); his daughters, Mollie and Megan; his siblings, Dustin Maxon (Kate) and Darcie Dye (Bruce); and his grandmothers, Frances Carver and Ruth Maxon. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
His family requests that face masks be worn.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be sent to the MOV Gift of Life, a 501c non-profit group of organ transplant recipients, living donors, and transplant candidates, raising awareness for organ donation. This organization is near and dear to him and his family as he was a kidney transplant recipient from his sister in 2020 and his final act was to donate the gift of sight through eye donation.
