He is survived by: his wife Tammy Patrick; his children, Andrew Patrick (Erica), Shawn Patrick (Shaye), Jacob Patrick, Charlie Doerr (Eric), Samuel Patrick, Joshua Johnston, Caleb Johnston (Samantha), Seth Rice (Lexi) and Shane Rice; his grandchildren, Wesley, Mikey Lou Patrick, Colson, Elijah Patrick, Aubrey Patrick, Emerson, Sofie, Jameson Rice, Andrew, Riley, Jackson Johnston, Gabriel and Malachi Rice; his siblings, Regina Hostutler (Bobby), Genevieve Patrick and Gary Kirk (Natalie); his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Reynolds, Gerri Gannon and Tony Kirk; and his friends, Bob Simpkins, George and Heather Sayger.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669).
