She is survived by: her parents, John "Mike" Peepels and Gloria Collins (Pointdexter); her children, Justin Hornsby (Lorin) of Dover, Kentucky and Jessica Hornsby (Jeremy) of Williamsburg, Ohio; her grandchildren, Will Hornsby, Haiden Jacobs, LJ Stewart and Caitlyn Hornsby (Ben); her great grandchild Ashton; her brothers, Mike (Carolyn Peepels), Gary (Crystal Peepels), David (Nikkia Collins) and Jamie Peepels of Troy; and her stepmother Gladys Peeples of Sidney. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
