He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hayslett and Georgia Hayslett (Cavender); and his brother David Hayslett. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Hayslett of Brookville and Tabitha Jackson (James) of Beavercreek; his grandchildren, Maree Gregg and Kayleigh Stover; his siblings, Karen Hayslett of Piqua and Curtis Hayslett of Florida; and his sister-in-law Kim Hayslett of Troy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home (333 High St, Piqua, OH 45356).
