She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Spahr and Donna I. Spahr (Jobes); her siblings, Steven Michael Spahr and Sandra L. Rudd (Spahr); and her niece Stephanie E. Utley (Spahr).
She is survived by: her husband Bertram "Bert" Carl Hensel of Troy; her sons, Christopher T. Besecker (Julie Moore) of Troy, Matthew S. Besecker of Troy, Shawn M. Honeyman of Washington State and Ryan C. Honeyman (Moira) of Concord, NC; her stepsons, Jeffrey C. Hensel (Katie Lucca) of Eugene, OR and Christian S. Hensel (Lisa) of Mickleton, NJ; her sister Rebecca S. Billings (Spahr) of Colorado Springs, CO; her siblings-in-law, Clifton Hensel (Margaret) of Arcanum, Paul A. Hensel (Janet) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Janice M. Martin (Lyle) of Clarence Center, NY; her grandchildren, Patrick C. Besecker, Aimee E. Besecker, Jared S. Besecker, Sierra R. Besecker, Brenden M. Besecker, Samuel R. Moore, MaryAnne G. D. Honeyman of Alexander, N. C, Charles T. Honeyman and Henry A. Honeyman; her great grandchildren, Theo S. Besecker, Christian B. Besecker and Niko R. Besecker; and her friends, Barb Sease, Gail Besecker, Flo McNichols, Nancy Frantz, Dave, Linda Berrett and Susan Besecker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
