He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel T. Stephenson and Helen L. Stephenson (Weymer); and his children, Tonjua Lynn Stephenson and Christopher Scott Apple. He is survived by: his children, Brent LaMotte (Lisa) of Seattle, Curtiss LaMotte of Sunnyside, Jeffery Stephenson (Connie) of Piqua, Kelly Peepels (James) of Troy and Tammy Vaughn of Piqua; his brothers, Thomas "Bud" Stephenson (Jeannette) of Bradford and Donald Stephenson (Patti) of Cincinnati; and his wife Beth. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children.
