He was predeceased by: his parents, Jame Peake and Dorothy Peake (Odum); his son Terry Lee Peake; and his daughter-in-law Jodi Peake. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Mason (Mark) of Chilihowie, VA and Rick Peake (Jessica); his grandchildren, Shelbi Windle (Adam), Stetson Peake (Blake), Jared Peake (Melanie), Brayden Peake and Justin Mason; his great grandchildren, Brantley and Lane Peake; his brother Roger Peake (Joann) of Chilhowie; his nieces, Jeannie Haynes (David) and Judy Sawyer (Buck); his loving companion Killer; his close friends, Chuck Knauff (Carolyn) and Mark Lee (Tonya); and also Julie Green.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Hospice of Miami County.
