He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Scarff and Ramona Scarff (Rhine); his grandson Derrek; his daughter-in-law Kathy Keysor; and his brother Ted Scarff.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Scarff (Stevens); his sons, Rick N. Scarff (Laura) of Naperville, IL, John Christopher Keysor of Franklin, OH, Gregory Scott Keyser (Debbie) of The Villages, FL and Daniel Ray Keyser (Teresa) of Valdera, FL; and his grandchildren, Brian, Ashley, Shawn, Meagan, Tyler, Neah, Trey, Bryceson, Andrew and Matthew. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
