She is survived by: her husband Douglas Hensley; her children, Kathy Darlene Walters of London, OH and Tim Smith (Amy) of Covington, OH; her stepchildren, Chester Smith (Julie) of Troy and Lisa Lammers (Les); her grandchildren, Cassie Houston and Matthew Walters (Tabitha); her stepgranddaughter Misty Dawn; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Colton, Braylen and Levi Lipker.
