She was predeceased by: her parents, Ocie B. Maxwell and Samuel K. Maxwell; her husband Edgar Sexton; her sons-in-law, Ed Buechel and Ed Mendenhall; and her siblings, Virginia Maxwell and Charles Willett.
She is survived by: her children, Janice, Ruth (Buechel), Robert (Julie) and Connie (Galey); her grandchildren, Ed, Mary Anne, James Buechel (Mary Beth), Christina (Patrick Himmelberg), Robert, II and Brett Galey (Rose); her great great grandchildren, Dean, Natalie Himmelberg, Alexander, Theodore Buechel, Yancy Campos, David Castillo and Daniella Morales; and her close friends, Jody, Kris Russo, Bill Mooney, Jay Heilman, Nora Stang and Mildred Shelton.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brukner Nature Center (5995 Horseshoe Bend Rd, Troy, OH 45373).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Brukner Nature Center.
