He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kolakowski and Mary Lou Kolakowski (Wiles); his wife Wanda Kolakowski; and his sister Mary Walters. He is survived by: his siblings, John Kolakowski (Becky) and Faith Dunn; his brother-in-law Ken Walters; his great-niece Mary Webb (Tyler); his grandson Robert Dooley; his stepson Harvey Joseph; his grandson Michael Joseph; his great grandchild Shane Joseph (Hope); his grandchild Shanda Stone (Matt); and also, Shawn Dunn (Missy), Becky Dunn, Benjamin Kolakowski, Jim Walters (Shelly), John Walters (Sarah) and Julie Blair (Jesse). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baird Funeral Home (555 N Market St, Troy, OH 45373). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
