We bid farewell to Gordon Alexander of Troy, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 19, 2025 at the age of 89. Gordon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Alexander and Rita Couvillion Alexander; his wife Margaret K. Alexander; and his sister Mavis Alexander McKee. He is survived by: his daughters, Madelyn Rose Vallone (Melchior) of San Diego, CA., Catherine Ann Thompson of South Pasadena, CA. and Karin Margaret Hammond (Mark) of Troy, OH.; his grandchildren, Margaret Madelyn Willkomm (Charles), Melanie Louise Fontana (Tod) and Peter Alexander Vallone; his great grandchildren, Ryan Peter Willkomm (Kaelyn), Alexander Charles Willkomm and Madeline Grace Walpole; and his great great grandchild Lukas Jon Willkomm.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baird Funeral Home (555 N Market St, Troy, OH 45373). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (409 E Main St, Troy, OH 45373).
