He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Espy and Doris Espy of Dayton, Ohio.; his wife Judy; and his sisters, Joan Harper and Carole Larson.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Puckett (Duane) of Troy; his grandchildren, Chris Kenworthy (Amy) of Troy and Jessica Woods (Ben) of Fletcher; and his great grandchildren, Gentry, Ryker, Maggie, Nolan and Clayton.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Casstown Cemetery (1000 N Children's Home Rd, Casstown, OH 45312).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Miami County Animal Shelter or Hospice of Miami County in honor of Jerry.
