He is survived by: his sons, Elijah B. Evans Jr. (April) of Quincy and Clinton A. Evans (Lynsey) of Springfield; his stepchildren, Susan Kimes (Richard) of Cardinton and Larry C. Taylor (Hope) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Addison and Grady Evans; his stepgrandchildren, Shannon McEleney (Justin), Courtney Kimes (Jared) and Michael Kimes (Hannah); his great grandchildren, Mason McEleney, Brogan McEleney and Josie Kausman; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Christian Taylor, Michael and Haley; and his brothers, Roy Evans (Paulette) of Ashland, William Evans (Carol) of Jacksonville, James Evans (Shelia) of Troy and Fred Evans of Jacksonville.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zerkle Funeral Home (11900 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens (11890 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371).
