We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2025, at the age of 85, Cornelius L. Shannon Jr. of Troy, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius L. Shannon and Lura M. Shannon Sr. (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Sue Shannon (Higgins); his children, Mark L. Shannon (Bonnie) of Indiana, Beth A. Gammie (Douglas) of New Jersey, Aimee L. Shannon of Ohio and Isiah S. Shannon of Ohio; his grandchildren, Caleb Shannon (Shona), Megan Shannon, Morgan Kitch (Michael), Amanda Gammie, Margaret Gammie and Katherine Ferrara (Nicholas); his great grandchildren, Elijah, Axel, Hunter Shannon, Reece, Malani Allen, Riley Kitch, Bethany and Vincent Ferrara; and his siblings, Patricia Klem (Errol) and Louis S. Shannon.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Baird Funeral Home (555 N Market St, Troy, OH 45373).
