She is survived by: her sons, Scott Evans (Anita) of Bradford, OH and Shane Fair (Jody) of Piqua, OH; her siblings, Phillis Littlejohn of Troy, OH, Kenneth Evans of Troy, OH and Richard Evans of Huntsville, AL; and her grandchildren, Alyson and Dylan Adams.
