She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Wilkerson and Rooservelt Wilkerson Sr.; and her siblings, Doris Osborne (Roderick), Leon Stanley and Roosevelt Wilkerson Jr..
She is survived by: her husband James Middlebrook; and her daughter Char-Da'Rena.
