He is survived by: his wife Renee Foster; his sister Patti Jo Foster; his children, Dionne Simmons, Shane, Chaquille, Chaquiwone and Shawn; his grandchildren, Dorian, Antwan, Charley IV, Shamar, Chaquille Jr., Chad, DeShawn, Anilah, Shanya, Maulashe, Sirenty, Cimyaa, Shawniqua and Shawntell; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Foster and Milton Gage (Nicole).
