Werner; her mother Patricia Martin (Day); her stepfather Justin Martin; her father Ronald Ray Laackmann; her siblings, Andrew, Spring Burns (Koger), Maleigha Day, Taylor Day, Bryan Day and Ronald Howard Laackmann; and her grandparents, Steven, Cindy Hale and Jan Wingert.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tribute Funeral Homes until a permanent fund has been established.
