He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Collins and Ora Sizemore (Sizemore); and his siblings, Alicelee Barker and Ricky Bell. He is survived by: his wife Cathey Collins; and his children, Amy Collins (John), Heather Quillen (Erin), Christina Collins, Kayla Casselman (Jeff), Steven Collins, Stephan Collins, Nicole Koch (Michael) and Zach Collins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
