He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Rothwell (Hackney); his son Terry Rothwell; and his sisters, Elizabeth Brewer (Bill), Juanita Shepherd, Beverly Winslow (Bill), Barbara Rothwell and Jo Eileen Rothwell.
He is survived by: his son Todd Rothwell (Lora); his stepdaughter Amy Patrick (Scott); his grandchildren, Jonathan Rothwell, Lonnie Gayhart, Arron Hayes (Renee), Ben Patrick and Scott Patrick (Tara); and his sister Bonnie Bolinger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Benevolent Fund at Home Avenue First Church of God, 426 East Home Avenue, Trenton, Ohio 45067.
