She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Lykins and Evelena Lykins; and her siblings, Asa and Gustava. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald L. West (Joanna) of Trenton, Ohio. and Michael West of Trenton, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Amanda, Alexander, Jessica and Abigail; and her sister Ramona Matthews. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
