He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia "Pat" Norvell, (Shearer) and Virgil "Sam" Norvell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer "Jenny" L. Norvell (Gibbs); his children, Hannah, Austin and Kennedy; and his siblings, Bill Norvell, Mark Norvell (Valerie) and Wendy Muncy (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.
