He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Thomas and Phyllis Thomas; his daughter Melissa McKinney; and his siblings, Kenneth, James, Fred and Phyllis Greathouse.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Marilyn Ferguson; his daughters, Alicia (James Lawson) and Patricia Thomas; his son-in-law Sam McKinney; and his sister-in-law Vi Thomas of Xenia. He is also survived by several grandchildren and a great-granddaughter as well as many beloved niece & nephews.
