He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bolton and Kathryn Viola Bolton (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Bolton (Gustin); his sons, Michael W. Bolton (Jacque) of Troy and Douglas J. Bolton (Kateri) of Bellbrook, Ohio; his siblings, Clark Bolton (Diana), J. C. Bolton and Elaine Bolton; his grandchildren, William M. Bolton (Jenni), Tobin J. Bolton (Erin), Kellan J. Bolton and Marian Kathryn Elliott (Wade); his great grandchildren, Olivia Bolton, Bristol, Corbin Bolton, Beckett Bolton and Lincoln Douglas Elliott; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryan and Carley Combs.
Masks are required for all attending and social distancing will be observed.
