She is survived by: her children, Charles R. Julie M. and Barb Dougherty (Darrell); and her grandchildren, Kevin Ward, Melissa Rigler, Kaley Blair, Eric Blair and Josh Dougherty. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
