She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood "Jack" Slough and Mabel Slough (Wetzel); her husband Wallace N. "Hop" Blevins; her sister Kay Withrow; and her brother-in-law Jim Grathwohl.
She is survived by: her son Wallace Jr. "Wally" Blevins (Susan); her granddaughters, Sarah Little (Chris) and Rachel Price (Jared); her great grandchildren, Julia Price, Ethan Wallace Little and Jacob Price; and her sister Jobelle Grathwohl.
