"Bill" Sample; her children, Kristen Kelch, Kreath Fishback, Kaleb Kelch, Wendy Greenwell (Matt) and Stephanie Wuellner; and her brothers, William "Bill" Breeze (Judy) and Gary Breeze (Joyce). She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; as well as numerous cousins & other family members.
