She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Kiker and Mary Helen Kiker (Briggs); her husband Richard Kallage; her son Jeffery Polley; her sister Barbara Fezell; and her sister-in-law Jane Kiker.
She is survived by: her brother Dale Kiker. She is also survived by her two daughters; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
