With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phoebe Marie Swanner of Trenton, Ohio, born in Kimball, West Virginia, who passed away on November 23, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Belcher and Cora Belcher (Mullins); and her husband Jack Swanner. She is survived by: her children, Tina Mayton (Jimmy), Patricia Rigas, Jeanette Kairn (William), Steve Swanner (Rhonda Willis), Alvin Swanner and Jatana Colvin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
