She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Worthington and Grace Worthington (McConnhey); her husband Donald Fisher; her son Danny Lee Malarkey; and her sister Shirley Howe.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Malarkey, Billy Malarkey, Nancy Stout (Bill) and Patty Johnson; her brother Carl Worthington; and her grandchildren, Shane Malarkey (Matthew), Bobbie Malarkey (Kenneth), Chris Rhodes (Raelyn), Scott Robinson and Jamie Malarkey. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
