He is survived by: his wife Paula James; his children, Crystal Willis (Nicole), Michael Dean James, Jr. and Jimmy Richard James; his grandchildren, Michael Dean James III and Joscelynn Mae; and his siblings, Orville James (Yolunda), John James, Alethia Bilotta (John), Robert James, Rex James (Amanda), Jesse James (Jason) and Leann Croney (Mark).
