She was predeceased by: her parents, Veltie Parman and Lillie Mullins Parman; and her siblings, Mabel June Knapp, Lorene Gresham, Nannie Mae Schell, Syble Marie Davidson, Veltie Parman, Jr., Charles K. Parman, Sam Parman, Bonnie Bruner, Russell Parman, Oscar Parman and Gladys Rose Parman.
She is survived by: her son Donald Tipton of Trenton, Ohio; her siblings, James Parman (Evelyn) of London, Kentucky and Ruth Pennington (Benny) of London, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Nicole Brooks (Brian) and Michael Damico; and her great grandchildren, Kameron Brooks, Hunter Brooks, Amanda Brooks and Makayla Damico.
