He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Miller and Mildred M. Craig Miller; and his siblings, Marilyn DePalma, Margaret Arlene Shrout, Ruth Frances Federle, Alma Miller, Melvin Craig Miller and Morris Wade Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Janet G. Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
