She is survived by: her sons, Alton Collins Jr. of Ohio, Paul Collins of Ohio, Steven Collins (Tina) of Ohio and Ray Collins (Charlotte) of Ohio; her siblings, Judi Warrick of Arizona, Dorothy Moreau of North Carolina, Mabel Quilliam (Ron), Gail Widman (Wayne) of Washington, Helen Rogers (Lonnie) of Ohio, Joyce Frye (Jerry) of Ohio, Michelle Vanwinkle of North Carolina, Paula Willand (Ric) of Washington, Jon Myers (Debbie) of Ohio, Charles Myers Jr. of Ohio and Michael Myers of Ohio; her grandchildren, Alton Collins III, Eric Collins, Wade Collins, Sydney Collins, Ethan Collins, Logan Collins and Christopher Collins; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Collins, Wyatt Collins, Waylon Collins, Alexis Murnahan, Natalie Collins, Christopher Collins II, Addison Collins and Ethan Collins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
