He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Bishop and Mary M. Bishop (Dineen); his daughter Catherine Hodson; and his brothers, Thomas Bishop and Terrance Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Bishop (Mason); his children, Jamie Bishop (Becky), John C. Bishop, Anne M. Ward (Jim) and Mary M. Whitaker (Kent); his son-in-law Nick Hodson; his siblings, Fred Bishop (Ann) and Ellen Krause (Dennis); and his close friend Miss Aggie. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; many nieces & nephews.
