We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2021, at the age of 74, Jack Campbell of Trenton, Ohio, born in Liberty, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Campbell and Virginia Campbell (Birch); and his brothers, Gary and Doyle Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Campbell (Back); his children, Tiffany Ketchem, Steven Ketchem, Kenneth Campbell (Beth) and Timothy Shawn Campbell (Amy Cox); his siblings, Linda Eversole and Tim Campbell; and his sister-in-law Brenda Campbell. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
