He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Keith (Prater) and Lacy Keith; his son-in-law Patrick Kelley; and his siblings, Edward Keith, Delmar Keith, Gilbert Keith, Frederick Keith and Katherine Gemmer.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Keith; his children, Jane Kelley, Jenny Kurtz (Mike), Jodi McKinney (Dwight), James Keith (Dorothy) and June Hoffer (Bill); and his brother John Raymond Keith. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
