He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Sr. Banks and Lula Banks (Vancleave); and his wife Hallie Banks. He is survived by: his sons, Harlan Francis Banks (Gail) of Trenton and Mark Banks of Trenton; and his grandchildren, Erin Condo (Adam) of Fairfield, Stacy Banks of Middletown and Kaitlyn Francis Banks.
