He is survived by: his children, Sharon Brazelton (Eric), David Smith (Adriana) and Judy Adams (Brian); his grandchildren, Kari Petrie (Ryan), Nathan Eicher, Justin Eicher (Natalie), Kelly Keith (Taylor), Kirk Lane, Mallorie Adams and Wyatt Smith; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Hadley, Emma and Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care of Middletown in Gary's honor.
