He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Burley and Helene Burley (Pinnick); his brothers, Bill Burley (Marilyn), Jim Burley (Rachel) and Dave Burley (Diane); and his sister-in-law Avalyn Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Alan (Cindy) of Trenton and Kevin (Dorie) of Pickerington, Ohio; his grandchildren, Adam Burley, Becky Van Horn (Drue), Amanda Spence (Elliott), Bobbi Jo Jonard (Ryan) and Rennea Burley; his great grandchildren, Irelyn, Gabe, Lilly, Killian, Rowan, Jacob, Logan and Bryghton; and his brothers-in-law, Lee Murphy, Rick Murphy (Debbie) and Roger Murphy (Virgene).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (120 S Broad St, Middletown, OH 45044).
