She was predeceased by: her mother Pamela Potter Gilbert. She is survived by: her daughters, Courtney Wright (Joe Puckett) and Cassie Hodge (Justin Dennis); her grandchildren, Gracelyn, Joseph, Lillian, Makenna and Melah; her father Steve A. Fugate (Tamara); her siblings, Stephen M. Fugate, Scott Fugate, Brian Fugate and Molly Fugate (Kevin Todd); her cousin Doug Carter, Jr.; and her stepfathers, Roy Bowling and Alvin Gilbert. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses in care of Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
