He is survived by: his sons, Zack Lewis (Teresa) and Jeff Lewis (Sandra); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jason, Jacob, Megan and Barbara; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Collin, Izabelle, Maverick, Robert, Kali, Morgan and Daniel.
