She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Ballard and Beulah Ballard (Ware); and her sister Nancy Wilkerson. She is survived by : her siblings, Mary Herron (Larry) and Marcus Ballard (Gerri). She is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews & family, as well as caregivers & friends.
