He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collins and Evalee Collins (Spencer); and his brothers, Herbert, Bob, Joe and Bill Collins.

He is survived by: his wife Josephine Collins; his sons, Junior Collins, Randall Collins (Regina), Joel Collins (Melissa) and Billy Collins (Ruth); and his brothers, Frank Collins (Gretha) and Rex Collins (Dorothy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews.
