She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Metcalf and Mary Lee Metcalf (Bradley); her husband Douglas F. Burgher; and her siblings, J. E. Metcalf, Juanita Donahue and Carolyn Lanier.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Burgher, Jr. (Kate), Robert Burgher, Susan Ley (Ted) and Carol Burgher; her grandchildren, Kyle Burgher (Allegra), Jack Burgher (Florena), Michael Burgher (Olivia), Jane Burgher, Nate Ley (Rebekah), Maddie Ley, Mitch Ley, Matthew Janelle and Tommy Janelle; her great grandchildren, Millie, Daniel and Vivienne; her brother Henry "Bucky" Metcalf; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Farris, Elaine Taylor and Patti Spurlock. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
