She was predeceased by: her father William Charles Isaacs; her grandparents, Minnie, Jim Kelly, William Isaacs, Charles William and Patricia Payne; her aunts, Gail Isaacs and Audrey Bowman; and her cousin John Isaacs.
She is survived by: her mother Peggy Fields; her husband Steven Moore; her son Kohen Moore; her parents-in-law, Tad and Julie Moore; her siblings, Josh Payne, Kaleb Payne, Taylor Payne and Summer McDaniels; her stepsiblings, Kristin Ginett (Brian), Mackenzie Fields, Justin (Tina) and Conner Fields (Grace); her siblings-in-law, Ryan (Stephanie), Matt (Jessica) and Brandon Moore (Megan); and her grandmother Betty Jean Isaacs. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
