She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Montgomery and Linda Montgomery. She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Meadows and Savannah Montgomery (Andrew Zgoda); her grandchildren, Aubrey Nutt, Guenievere Meadows, Madilynn Meadows, Juniper Meadows and Everett Meadows; and her brothers, Richard "Rick" Montgomery and Michael Montgomery, Jr..
