He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Tice and Doris Tice (Taggart); and his brother Gary Tice. He is survived by: his wife Vicki R. Tice (Snyder); his children, Kelly Ann Reed (Matt Brown) of Toronto and Chad Charles Tice (Amy Black) of Canton, OH; his brother Randy Tice of Baltimore, MD; and his grandchildren, Tristan, Jenna Reed, Jayna Brewer The, Jacob Booth and Duane.
