With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terry Richard Thompson of Toronto, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 17, 2024 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Vincent and Virginia Phyllis Thompson (Hedges); his wife Celestia K. Thompson (Monigold); and his son Douglas E. Thompson. He is survived by : his children, Lori Cronin (James) of Hammondsville, Diana Santoyo of Arlington, TX, Karen Small (Tommy) of Castleberry, FL, Thomas Samuel Thompson (Tonda) of Toronto, David Thompson (Mireya) of Arlington, TX and Kenny Thompson (Lisa) of Davenport, FL; and his sister Sandra Joan McFadden (Robert) of Onalaska, WI.. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home (302 Main St, Toronto, OH 43964). A celebration of life was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
